Lincoln Fulfillment handles ecommerce pick, pack and ship for brands selling across online stores and marketplaces. Our primary focus is established businesses processing 5,000 or more monthly orders. Growing brands are welcome, too. Tell us about your order volume and products so we can discuss the right fit.

Subscription fulfillment is a specialty. We offer subscription box fulfillment, kitting and labeling alongside everyday ecommerce orders. Returns and Amazon FBA preparation are also available. Share the components of your boxes, packaging instructions and recurring shipment schedule when discussing your fulfillment plan.

Lincoln Fulfillment’s warehouse management system supports ecommerce carts including Shopify, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento 2.x and Mystore.no. Supported marketplaces include Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart and TikTok Shop for US accounts. Connections are subject to compatibility and onboarding.

Our facilities in Tampa, Buffalo and Lackawanna support nationwide fulfillment. Discuss your customer destinations and inventory needs with us when choosing a location. Brands selling wholesale as well as direct to consumers can also include B2B distribution in their service scope.

To request a quote, share your monthly orders, peak periods, SKU count and sales channels. Add product dimensions, packaging needs and any subscription, returns or FBA work. Confirm the requirements for each connection before moving inventory or setting a launch date.

Fulfillment pricing starts at $0.90 per order for qualifying volumes. Request a customized, itemized quote to confirm the applicable volume, service scope and charges. Lincoln Fulfillment maintains 99.8% order accuracy. Lincoln Fulfillment offers same-day order processing. Confirm the processing arrangements for your account; order processing is not a promise of same-day delivery.

Define the path from receipt to shipment

Start with an accurate SKU list and receiving instructions. Then define how each order should be picked, packed and handed to a carrier. Include products that need a particular carton, protective material, insert or bundle configuration.

Use representative orders to test the agreed workflow: a single-item purchase, a multi-item basket and any subscription or wholesale order. Confirm how your team will see order status and shipment information in the Lincoln Fulfillment customer portal.

Agree on exceptions before launch

Routine orders are only part of onboarding. Decide who can approve an address change, cancellation or substitute item, and what happens when a request arrives after warehouse work has started. Confirm how unavailable items, partial orders and damaged stock should be handled rather than assuming your storefront settings cover every case.

For returns, provide inspection and disposition instructions, including which decisions need your approval. Agree on when an eligible returned item can re-enter available inventory.

Plan for busy periods, not just an average month

For brands shipping 5,000 or more monthly orders, the order mix matters alongside volume. Show the team peak daily demand, items per order, active SKUs and any promotion or subscription release that concentrates work into a short period. Growing brands can use the same information to discuss service fit.

Fulfillment pricing starts at $0.90 per order for qualifying volumes. Ask for an itemized quote showing the applicable volume, service scope and charges; do not treat the starting rate as an all-in shipment price.

Common questions

Is 5,000 monthly orders a minimum?

It describes Lincoln’s primary ecommerce focus, not a published minimum requirement. Growing businesses are welcome. Share your products, current volume and expected peaks so the team can assess the operation.

Can you connect my store and marketplace accounts?

Supported carts and marketplaces are reviewed separately. Compatibility depends on your platform, account configuration and required workflow. Identify apps, bundles and custom order rules before testing the connection.

Does same-day processing mean same-day delivery?

No. Lincoln offers same-day order processing, with account arrangements to be confirmed. Delivery depends on the carrier service and destination; processing does not establish a delivery promise.

Can I send Amazon inventory as well as customer orders?

Amazon FBA preparation can be discussed alongside direct-to-consumer fulfillment. Distinguish Amazon-bound inventory from customer orders and confirm preparation instructions and responsibilities for each workflow.
