Lincoln Fulfillment provides third-party logistics services for ecommerce and B2B businesses: receiving, storage, order fulfillment, returns and specialty preparation. Build your service plan around what you sell, how orders arrive and where shipments need to go.

Lincoln Fulfillment provides third-party logistics for ecommerce brands and businesses that need warehousing and distribution support. We focus on established brands processing 5,000 or more orders a month, and we welcome growing businesses that are ready to outsource fulfillment. Subscription fulfillment is a specialty.
Our services include ecommerce pick, pack and ship, warehousing, B2B distribution and returns. We also handle subscription boxes, kitting, labeling and Amazon FBA preparation. Choose the services your operation needs, whether you are moving from in-house fulfillment or reviewing an existing provider.
We serve customers nationwide from Tampa, Florida, and our Buffalo and Lackawanna facilities in Western New York. Tampa supports Southeast distribution, while Buffalo and Lackawanna serve Western New York and the Northeast. The right facility depends on your products, inventory and customer destinations.
Lincoln Fulfillment’s warehouse management system supports connections to ecommerce stores and marketplaces, subject to compatibility and onboarding. Specialized services include temperature-controlled storage, FDA-registered handling, Foreign Trade Zone services, freight brokerage and cross-docking. Discuss product eligibility and handling requirements with our team. Refrigerated and frozen storage are not available.
Share your typical and peak monthly orders, SKU count, sales channels and packaging requirements. Include any wholesale orders, recurring subscription shipments or returns work you want us to handle. These details give us a practical starting point for discussing service scope and a custom quote.
Choose the work you need to hand over
Build your scope around how products move: inbound shipments, stored inventory, outbound orders and returns. A brand selling both direct to consumers and wholesale should describe each flow separately. Retailer instructions, recurring box assembly and marketplace preparation need their own review.
Keep a clear owner for product data, purchase orders, customer service and approvals. A shared list of responsibilities makes it easier to spot gaps before goods move.
What should a 3PL quote cover?
Fulfillment pricing starts at $0.90 per order for qualifying volumes. The applicable volume and included work must be confirmed in your quote. A starting order rate alone does not show the full cost of storing and shipping your products.
Request an itemized quote and ask how each charge is calculated. Compare providers using the same inventory, order and destination data. Confirm which categories apply, which are included elsewhere and which require separate pricing.
- Receiving and any inbound preparation.
- Storage, based on the inventory profile being quoted.
- Order picking, packing materials and additional handling.
- Shipping and any requested returns, kitting, labeling or FBA preparation.
Make the transition reviewable
Before launch, agree on an inventory transfer plan, account testing and responsibility for orders already in progress. Review representative transactions, not just whether a connection is active. Include a changed order, a stock discrepancy and a return in the discussion.
Confirm who can authorize exceptions and how your teams will communicate unresolved issues. Choose the live-order handoff after receiving, stock reconciliation and the agreed tests have been reviewed.
Common questions
Is 3PL the same as pick and pack?
Pick and pack is one part of a 3PL scope. The broader plan may also cover receiving, storage, B2B distribution, returns and specialty preparation. Select the services your products and order channels need.
Is the $0.90 rate an all-in price?
It is a starting fulfillment rate for qualifying volumes. It does not establish that receiving, storage, materials, shipping or specialty work are included. Confirm the complete scope and charges in an itemized quote.
Can one quote cover ecommerce and wholesale?
Yes, both can be discussed within one service plan. Provide separate order profiles and recipient requirements so the team can review the handling and pricing appropriate to each.
What if my products need special storage or handling?
Describe the product, required conditions and documentation before committing inventory. Temperature-controlled storage, FDA-registered handling and Foreign Trade Zone services require product and scope review. Refrigerated and frozen storage are not available.
